Each one of these instruments have their own specific details I like about them, however they all share the ease and playability, tone and reliabillity that I havent been able to replicate with any other guitar.
You mentioned a Vindaloo incident?
We were on a NZ tour and stopped for food and van snacks. We all went our own separate ways with the plan of meeting back at the van at a certain time to shoot back off again.
Our bassist at the time rocked up with a large container of Vindaloo...
After a very long discussion about Vindaloo possibly being the worst Van snack of all time, we were assured that it wouldn't be spilled.
The first bump merely 3 minutes down the road, the entire back seat was covered in Vindaloo and the van stunk for the remainder of the tour.
